Upon graduating from high school, I was certain I wanted to work with children & their families. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Child & Adolescent Studies, I began my career as a Registered Behavior Technician at a private ABA company. Unsure if ABA was my true calling, I pursued a graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. While the experience was rewarding, my heart led me back to behavior analysis. I had seen firsthand the life-changing results of data-driven interventions as an RBT. Throughout my journey, I discovered a niche for working with children and teens who desired social interactions but lacked the skills to initiate and maintain relationships independently.
